About Us
Founded by Principal Designer Deena Simmons, DK Interiors is grounded in the belief that beautiful spaces should also be livable. Deena blends timeless design with a warm, client-centered process to create spaces that are elevated and custom. She believes the best spaces are one-of-a-kind, that reflect each client’s personal style and transforming their home into a place they truly love to live in.
Deena grew up surrounded by the world of interiors, where fabrics, finishes, and beautiful spaces were part of everyday life. Although she studied business administration, design was always quietly calling her. It wasn't until after she began raising her family that she truly stepped into her creative gift. What started as an Etsy shop offering custom pillows and bedding soon became something much more, as customers began asking for her guidance in designing their homes. Those early conversations and projects organically evolved into what is now DK Interiors---a studio built on passion, intuition, and a genuine love for helping people create spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply personal.

Principal Designer
As Principal Designer and founder of DK Interiors, Deena leads each project with a refined creative vision and intuitive approach. She is known for her ability to blend timeless elegance with modern livability. With a BA in business administration, a refined design sensibility, and over 15 years in the design industry, she guides clients through a seamless journey---shaping spaces that feel both luxurious and personal.
Elisa Andruzzi
Design and Sales Specialist
Specializing in space planning and design, Elisa brings creativity and precision to every project.
With a BFA in textile design and a project management certification, her portfolio of experience in the home decor industry exceeds 20+ years in manufacturing and design.
She has extensive international travel experience sourcing and studying handmade products and textiles.
Jade Thompson
Junior Designer
Our Junior Designer plays a role in the design process with her emerging talent. She collaborates closely with the principal designer to curate materials, develop drawings, and support the execution of each project. Jade is currently studying at Kennesaw State University.
